Negotiated a favorable division of the community estate for a husband with significant business interests across the United States.
Prepared and successfully argued jury charge following a 4-day jury trial involving complex causes of action.
Assisted in the preparation for numerous hearings and trials, including preparation of pretrial motions, jury charges, and examination questions.
